On the hopeful side their chances of negotiation with Khartoum will be much better if they are all on the same page and in relative agreement as to what their goals and objectives are.Fingers crossed indeed.
Unfortunately though, Salva Kiir did not meet all the rebel groups. That will undermind the meeting.
