Have they positively identified the group responsible? I've heard rumors but nothing definite.

I couldn't tell. Darfur is becoming a real nightmare, where groups are sprouting up like mushrooms after the rains!

Interesting. From the sound of it, it was a rebel group and not the JJ? Complex is a word that comes to mind.

Back Kush:

I am a rising senior, English and History major, at Claflin University. I would like to solicit your help on a research paper I am writing for an upcoming conference on Sudanese Affairs. I am writing on the Sudanses Diaspora in America and in Israel. Do you perchance know anyone belonging to this diaporic group? If so, I would like to schedule an interview with them. I will send a letter from my school indicating that my work is solely for research purposes and that confidentiality will be maintained for anyone I interview. I hope to hear a favorable response from your end. Thank you.

Hey Donna. I would love to be of help, but will need more information than that. You know perfectly well I would not be able to just dish out names and addresses for you over the internet!

For start, could you mind activating the link to your blog through the profile? Keep in touch.
