Bashir got it wrong, again!

The Sudanese president Omar Hassan Ahmed al Bashir has declared that the UN force risk facing Hizbollah-like resistance in Darfur. Point taken, but he is wrong there, again as usual.

Who are dying in Darfur? Sudanese! And they are Muslims too! How do you explain the use of the UN force (could be mainly Christian force) to save Muslims from fellow Muslims!

Hizbollah was fighting a different kind of war that cannot be compared to the carnage in Darfur. The truth is the Bashir governmen wants to continue the policy of ethnic cleansing of the African tribes in Darfur. Period. Hope Minni Minawi is listening.

Take care

It is headcount ethnic cleansing. There was no investigation done by UN or AU- at least Rwanda was known for conflict b/w tribes. Launching UN troops is another Iraqi invation as you highlighter, there is no way they are rescuing muslims from muslims. If you know who janjaweed are from elderly, you'd understand they have been robbing, killing ever since British parliment reign.

Thanks, Anonymous for that input. What used to happen between the Janjaweed and the Fur is as old as history, but never to this level. The same happen between the Arab Rashida/Murahilleen and the Dinka in the South Sudan. However, the Bashir government had used age old tribal differences to divide the people further.
